    One of the most important things to do before putting your home on the market is to take care of those “easy” tasks you’ve been saying you’ll get to for a while now, like fixing the leaky faucet, painting the patch on the wall, replacing the deck boards and so on, everyone has “that” list. In addition to checking off the items on your home’s to do list, don’t neglect your home’s curb appeal, it is the future buyer’s first impression of your home. De-clutter the yard, rake the leaves, trim the bushes, plant fresh flowers, paint doors and wash windows.
